Salmon with a crunchy cheese crust 

Required: 
700 g salmon fillets 
50 g butter, 
4 Art. l. almond flakes or chips, 
4 Art. l. chopped fresh parsley, 
50 g Swiss cheese. 


Preparation: 
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Fillet cut into 4 pieces on all sides sprinkle spices. Generously grease the oil suitable for the size shallow refractory dishes (fish should be placed in it in one layer). 
Remnants of the butter to grease salmon. 
Cheese grate. Mix the almonds, parsley and cheese, put this mixture over the salmon, lightly crushing. 
Bake 15-20 minutes, until sprinkled becomes crispy and golden and salmon is not ready. Serve with potatoes, green salad and broccoli.
