Balls cod

Balls cod 

Required: 
COD 500 g 
Potato 600 g 
Eggs 1-2 pieces 
Butter 1 tbsp. l 
Salt, pepper 
Flour, fat 


Preparation: 
Boiled cod cleanse the skin, remove bones and stretch the fish (you can skip through the meat grinder). Then mix with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, add eggs and melted butter, season with salt and pepper and form of balls of the mix. Balls roll in flour and fry in a pan or in the form. By the balls of cod file a tomato sauce or horseradish sauce.
