Stuffed Trout

Stuffed Trout

Required:
2 pieces of fillet of trout,
100 g peeled almonds
1 loaf of bread, a bunch of mint,
3 cloves garlic
2 lemon,
9 Art. tablespoons olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
bacon


Preparation:
Saute almonds lightly, cut off crusts from bread, crushed almonds and bread in blender. Finely chop the garlic and mint, add 9 st. tablespoons of olive oil, zest of 2 lemons, pepper, salt. All the ingredients to mix.
Preheat oven to 200 C. Grease baking pan with olive oil. Place one piece of trout on baking sheet, lightly salt, lay the fish stuffing, top the second piece of fish, then beg. Tied up in several places the fish thread and vypekayt in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
