Fish balls

The fish pass through a meat grinder, add the egg yolks, butter, salt, pepper, soaked in milk bun, onions and mix everything thoroughly. Whip the whites separately and add to the last turn. Oil warm, wet hands to form balls, roll them in flour and fry. Put in a bowl for fire, pour tomato sauce and simmer over low heat until cooked. Serve with rice. 

For tomato sauce: the flour simmered in oil until golden brown, breed fish broth or water, add the tomato paste and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Then remove from heat, add salt, posaharit, add sour cream and mix thoroughly
