Pike stewed

Pike stewed 

Required: 
pike - 1-2kg 
Potatoes - 4-5 pcs. 
onions - 2 pcs. 
Mushrooms - 1kg 
salt and pepper - to taste 
mayonnaise - 250-300g. 


Preparation: 
Pike cleaning, disembowelled, to separate the loin from the bones. Two fillets of the pack in baking, after wiping with a cloth soaked in a light vinegar solution (for removal of a specific odor). Clean and cut potatoes into small pieces 4.5. Chop 2 onions. Boil kg of fresh mushrooms (any). Stir mushrooms, potatoes and onions, salt and pepper. Put on a tray with a pike. Serve with mayonnaise. About 1.5 hours to put out in the oven.
