Hash squid

Required: 
500 g of meat squid 
3 onions 
5 teeth of garlic 
2 pods of green pepper 
5 Art. l. olive oil 
3 cloves 
1 bay leaf 
150 ml white wine 
4 tomatoes (500 g) 
salt, black pepper 


Preparation: 
Wash the squid, if necessary, separate the tentacles from the body, cut into rings. Bulbs cut semirings. Grind the garlic. Washed pepper cut into pieces 3 x 3 cm Heat the oil in a frying pan, roast it on high heat for 4 minutes, onion and garlic.
