Carp baked with mushrooms

Carp baked with mushrooms 

Required: 
1 kg carp 
200 g fresh white mushrooms, or mushrooms, 
70 g butter, 2 onions, 
1.5 cups sour cream 
1 tbsp. tablespoon flour 
100 g of grated sharp cheese 
2 tbsp. tablespoons breadcrumbs. 


Preparation: 
Karp cleaned of scales and entrails. Cut off the fillet, put on greased baking sheet or metal dish and bake in the oven, but not to full readiness. 
Mushrooms peel, wash well, cut into fairly large slices, put in a pan, add sliced onions mugs, salt, pepper, 1 / 2 cup water and simmer until ready. 
The fish is covered with mushrooms, cover with salted sour cream, mixed with flour, sprinkle thickly with cheese, grated on a coarse grater and mixed with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with melted butter and bake in the oven until a golden crust. 
Serve hot at the same metal plate.
