Fish in Greek

Required: 
Fillet of cod, flounder or sea bass 2 pieces of 60g per serving 
Onion 100g 
2 cloves garlic 
Tomato 1 ea 
Lemon 1 pc 
Butter 40g 
Olive oil 60g 
Salt, black pepper, ground 


Preparation: 
Slice the onion rings and fry in olive oil with garlic, skipped through the press. Fish fillets salt and pepper, lay in a baking form with butter, put on them fried with garlic onions, tomatoes and lemon slices, cover with remaining fillets. On top, lay the pieces of butter and bake at 200 degrees until done. Garnish with rice or mashed potatoes.
