Carp in Austrian

Required:
Carp - 1 kg
anchovies - 6 pcs.,
vegetable oil - 75 g,
bacon - 100 g
onions - 35 g,
red sweet pepper - 30 g,
tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons
cream - 200 g
pepper, ground,
salt.


Preparation:
Karp to cut into portions, free from bones, leaving the skin. In each piece to make a cut-pocket and stuff the anchovies.
Fish with salt and pepper, fry on both sides and lay on a dish. Chop the bacon, fry, add the finely chopped and lightly fried onions, peppers and tomato puree, add cream and bring to a boil. Fish pour prepared sauce and simmer in oven at 180 (C 15 min.
