Tips for the perfect cup of tea

You can only make tea in a porcelain or earthenware, but not in any way in the metal.
Kettle for tea leaves should have a hole in the lid and close tightly enough.
Size (volume) and shape of the teapot are also important. Best geometrically regular shape (spherical, cylindrical), giving an opportunity to determine more precisely the proportion of the volume (fourth, third, half) in the brewing kettle.

Water
Tea needs oxygen. You should always use cold fresh water. In order to brew black tea, water should be given a rolling boil. And for the better green water, a little did not come down to the boiling point.

The duration of brewing and the size of tea leaf
The larger tea leaves, the more time required for brewing tea. And what tea leaves are smaller, the greater its surface contact with water, and the faster it is brewed. Teapot or cup should be pre-heated. Should proceed at the rate of one teaspoon (one bag) per cup, plus "one on the kettle. Cover with tea leaves or tea bags and leave the water brewing for 2-6 minutes (depending on desired strength).

Do not lay brewed tea cotton dolls, pillows and other heaters - they negatively affect the strength of tea. High-grade Lapsany black tea infused for 3-5 minutes: if three minutes, then get an invigorating drink, if five, then soothing. In hard water tea should insist 7-9 minutes.

If at the end of welding you have a foam, then the tea was brewed properly. Foam should not shoot unless it has no foreign odors. And that foam is not settled on the walls of the teapot, but became a tincture, tea is stirred with a spoon or a portion of tea leaves is poured into a cup or glass, and again poured into a teapot.

Additives
Well cooked tea by itself gives pleasure. If desired, add milk, lemon and sugar - in short, everything that will allow you to get the true pleasure of drinking tea!

Storage
In order to remain fresh tea, it must be stored in a cool, dry and dark place. It is best suited for this tight sealed jars. The tea should be treated like any delicate spices - to avoid overheating and moisture and keep it away from other teas with a strong flavor and spice!
From frequent contact with air tea go bad, and the faster, more open container in which it is stored. Therefore, the house tea should be stored in two containers - large, which is rarely open, and small, which is often called.

Tea, drunk after a meal, facilitates digestion, helps to digest heavy food, which includes meat, fish, and especially flour dishes. But people with increased appetite, not to overeat, it is helpful to drink tea before meals. Tea, drunk before meals, reduces appetite and makes you feel full.
