Goulash fish

Required: 
500 g fish fillet 
1 / 2 cup fish broth 
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
2 onions 
2 tablespoons tomato 
2 tablespoons sour cream 
Spices 


Preparation: 
Fillets cut into pieces and fry until golden brown. Then combine in a bowl and pour hot broth or water. Add tomato paste and fried onion, pepper, bay leaf, salt, mix and simmer for 20-30 minutes. 5 minutes until ready to put sour cream. 

Good garnish for this dish served mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
