Cutlets "Goldfish"

Required: 
500 g fish fillet 
80 g butter 
2.3 onions, 2 eggs, 
2 tbsp. flour, 
1 / 2 cup bread crumbs, 
3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil 
salt to taste. 


Preparation: 
To cut fish into fillets, promolot with onions in a meat grinder, salt and Stir well. Butter cut into small bars, weighing approximately 10 g, cooled in the freezer.
