Sardines, baked in white sauce

Sardines, baked in white sauce 

Required: 
sardines (small) - 750g 
Potatoes (cold boiled) - 5 pcs. 
onions - 1-3 pcs. 
butter - 3-4 tablespoons 
ground pepper - to taste 

cover: 
white sauce - 1 / 2 l 
milled crumbs or shredded cheese. 


Preparation: 
Gutted and prepared to cut the fish into fillets (without skin) and lightly fry on both sides. At the same pan fry the chopped onion. In an oiled lay in rows (or layers) onions, sliced potatoes and fried chunks of fillet. Serve with white sauce on top, sprinkle with freshly ground breadcrumbs or grated cheese. Put in oven and bake until the surface is not nicely browned. On the table in the lodge hot.
