Baked oysters

Baked oysters 

Required: 
6 large oysters (without shells) 
300 g of water, a circle of onions 
6 grains of allspice, a pinch of salt, 
1 tsp lemon juice 
150 g of thick cream, 
50 g of grated Cheshire cheese 
2 tbsp. spoons, bread crumbs, 
6 - 8 thin slices of fatty bacon. 


Preparation: 
Rinse thoroughly with oysters, pour water, add onion, allspice, salt and lemon juice. Put the pan on the fire, slowly bring to a boil and turn off the stove. Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then, remove the oysters, white part of their cut of 2-4 pieces, and rose to leave the whole. 

Put in a shallow heat-proof dish, pour cream with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and put for 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180_ S. Fry bacon slices until they become crispy. Cut and lay on top of the finished dish.
