SOLYANKA FISH WITH MUSHROOMS

Required: 
1 kg of sea bass or catfish, 
3, 5 liters of water, 
8 white mushrooms, or 15 - 20 mushrooms (can be dried or pickled) 
1 cup sauerkraut, 
1 pickle (in the absence of capers put more cucumber) 
1 onion, 2 tablespoons flour 
5 - 7 peas pepper 
cucumber pickle to taste 
12 -15 olives or capers, chopped fresh herbs. 


Preparation: 
White mushrooms or mushrooms clean and cut into slices and boil until half cooked. While mushrooms cook, chop and spassirovat onions. Separately, on a dry pan (without fat) fry until golden brown flour and dilute it with a small amount of water or broth. Pickled cucumbers cleanse the skin and cut into thin slices. The fish is cleaned and cut into slices. In the mushroom broth to put the fish first, in 5 - 7 minutes sauerkraut, pickles, capers, onions, diluted flour, bay leaf and bell pepper. For 5 - 10 minutes until ready to introduce strained cucumber brine. Serve each plate put a slice of lemon, olives or olives and finely chopped dill and parsley
