Fried shrimp with cognac and cream

Required: 
tiger prawns - 16 pcs. 
olive oil - 1 tbsp 
garlic (crushed) - 1 tsp 
Brandy - 50g 
cream (35%) - 250g 
greens (chopped) - to taste 
French roll (fried) - 8 pieces 
salt, pepper (svezhesmoloty) - to taste. 


Preparation:
