Fish with cheese crust

300 g fillet of any fish (I had salmon) 
150 g sour cream 15% fat 
100 g mayonnaise 
150 g cheese 
Greens: parsley, dill, 1-2 sprigs of basil 

Rinse fish dry out, cut into pieces a la carte, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Lightly fry in a pan with two sides (okolo1 2 minutes per side). Form which will zapekatsya fish oil, grease, lay the fish. Mayonnaise mixed with sour cream, and half the grated cheese. Place the mixture on the fish and bake about 5 minutes at 200-220 grams. The rest of the cheese mixed with finely chopped green lay on top of the fish and bake until golden brown already.
