Trout in wine

Trout in wine 

Required: 
trout - 1.5 kg 
dry white wine - 1.5 cups 
green onions, 
tarragon, 
lemon or pomegranate seeds, 
black pepper peas, 
salt. 


Preparation: 
At the bottom of the pot to put cross-wise small clean stick, pour the wine on sticks in 2-3 rows to fit prepared and sprinkled with salt trout from above - large diced tarragon leaves and chopped green onions, sprinkle with pepper. Pripuskat 20 minutes with the lid over medium heat. The finished trout served hot, with lemon or pomegranate seeds.
