Fish in Batter with sour cream

Required: 
fish (fillet) 
egg 
flour 
cream. 

Preparation: 

The flour, sour cream and eggs to make a batter, that was like a thick cream, batter a little salt. Cut fish fillets into thin strips, dip in batter and fry in deep fat. Put on a napkin, so that glass oil. Submit to the table with soy sauce.
