Fish, stewed in kefir

Required: 
1 kg of any fish, 
2 onions, 
2.3 pc. carrots 
1 cup kefir 
3.4 Art. tablespoons vegetable oil 
salt and spices to taste, 
3 tablespoons finely chopped greens. 


Preparation: 
The cleaned fish, cut into portions. 
Finely chop onions, grate carrots. In a saucepan with a thick bottom layer put a bow with carrots, top to put the pieces of fish. All the salt, add seasonings, pour a little water (50 g), vegetable oil, yogurt. Fight the fish over low heat until cooked (about 30-40 minutes). Before serving portions of fish out onto a plate, put the side of steamed vegetables, above all the dish sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
