Salmon baked in foil

Salmon baked in foil 

Required: 
Whole gutted salmon 
Fresh herbs to your taste: parsley, dill, bay leaf, rosemary 
1 onion, chopped 
2 carrots, cut 
butter 
dry white wine 
1 lemon 
pepper peas 
salt 


Preparation: 
Put the salmon cut down on the foil. Make a few incisions in the top. Season with salt and pepper peas. Add herbs of your choice, onion, carrot, 4 pieces of butter and a glass of white wine. Put a few slices of lemon on top. Wrap in foil and bake in preheated oven at 190 g S/375F/Gas, 5 providing a 20 - 25 minutes per 500 grams of weight. Giving, expand the foil on the table. If applying a cold, let cool in the foil. Serve with boiled young potatoes, roasted vegetables and green salad with sour cream or mayonnaise.
