Calamari with mayonnaise

Required: 
700 g squid 
300 g mayonnaise or mustard filling 
150 g green peas 
100 g carrots 
100 g onions 
1 large lemon 
50 g green 


Preparation: 
We thawed squid remove entrails and chitinous plate (shell). Prepared carcass or fillet squid thoroughly washed in water 3 times. Lower into boiling salted water (the ratio of water and squid 3:1). Cook for 3 minutes after boiling. Chilled squid, cut into thin slices (julienne) across the fibers. Put in bowl, pour the mayonnaise or mustard dressing, garnish with onion> green peas, carrots, herbs and lemon.
