Crab sticks in Batter

Required: 
crab sticks - 3 packs (100 g) 
citric acid - 1 g 
vegetable oil - 1 cup 
wheat flour - 2 / 3 cup 
milk or water - 2 / 3 cup 
Eggs - 3 pcs. 
lemon - 1 / 2 pcs. 
parsley chopped - 1 tsp 
salt and pepper to taste 


Preparation: 
Crab sticks laid in an enamel pot, add salt, pepper, vegetable oil (1 spoon), sprinkle a solution of citric acid or lemon juice, stir and refrigerate for marinating for 15-20 minutes. 

Preparing the dough: Dissolve the flour with warm milk, stir, add salt, yolks of eggs and put in 10 minutes in a warm room. Before roasting the dough to introduce chilled whipped egg whites. In a pan pour oil and heat. Crab sticks dipped in batter and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes until a crisp crust. Serve with mayonnaise, gherkins and lemon slices.
