Mackerel in mushroom sauce

Mackerel in mushroom sauce 

Required: 
2 mackerel 
1 tablespoon flour 
1.2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 
1 liqueur glass of white wine, 
1.2-tablespoons of cream, 
juice of 1 lemon, 
1 egg yolk, 
150 g mushrooms, 
salt and pepper. 


Preparation: 
Mackerel, cleaned, add salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt in a pan sufficient oil and fry the fish in it from both sides. Then put in a preheated bowl and bring in a warm place. Fat left over from frying, mix the flour, add a little water and cook the sauce: salt, pepper, add lemon juice, white wine, egg yolk and mix everything well. Fish pour prepared sauce and serve with stewed mushrooms in butter.
