Cod with vegetables 

Required: 
4 pieces fillet tracks (by 180 g) 
breading 
2 tbsp. tablespoons butter 
1 tbsp chili seasoning 
200 g of corn, 1 tomato (cut into cubes) 
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped green coriander 
2 tbsp. lemon juice 
1 tbsp. olive oil 
1 avocado (cut into cubes) 
1.5 teaspoons of salt 
1 / 4 teaspoons of sugar 


Preparation: 
Mix padarovku with 1 tea spoon of salt and chili, roll pieces of fish. In frying pan melt 1 tbsp. spoon of oil, fry the fish until golden brown. Then turn down the fire, put the remaining oil and cook for another 4-6 minutes - until tender. To garnish, mix corn, tomatoes and avocado. Podsolite, add sugar, tuck olive oil and lemon juice. Serve on lettuce leaves.
