Fish fillets in mayonnaise

Required: 
Fresh Fish 800 g 
Flour 2 tbsp. l 
Vinegar 
Vegetable oil 200 g 

Sauce: 
Mayonnaise 200 g 
Spicy tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l 
Cream 2 tbsp. l 


Preparation: 
The fish are cleaned, fillet slices, add salt, sprinkle with vinegar, leave for 30 minutes. Then the fish slices dipped in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Prepare fish to put in an oval dish, pour sauce around the edges to put the green peas and decorate with lemon slices. For sauce, mix mayonnaise with spicy tomato sauce, spices, lemon juice and whipped cream without sugar.
