Seafood: Baked Herring

Required: 
2 herring 
3 tablespoons white crushed crackers, 
1 tablespoon butter 
2 eggs, 
4 potatoes, 
2 onions, 
2 tablespoons sour cream 
1 apple, 
1.5 cup mushroom sauce 
salt 
ground pepper, 
dill. 


Preparation: 
Herring peel, cut into 2 halves, remove the entrails, head, tail and fins, soak in the tea for 4 - 5 hours. The resulting herring pass through a meat grinder. Boil potatoes, remove skins, rub through a sieve, add herring, chopped onion, ground pepper, beaten egg, rubbed an apple, sour cream, mo-lotye biscuits and beat well. Pan or form grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill prepared by mass, smooth and lubricate the top with beaten egg. Bake in oven for 30 minutes before the Education golden brown. The finished pudding cool slightly, cut into portions. When serving, pour mushroom sauce, sprinkle with chopped dill.
