Shrimp, baked in sauce

Required: 
700 g fresh shrimp (not peeled) 
3 tbsp. tablespoons butter 
1 / 4 teaspoons of salt 
1 / 4 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper 
2 tbsp. tablespoons brandy 
1 / 4 st. finely chopped onion 
1 tbsp. tablespoon tomato paste 
1 / 2 tbsp. dry white wine 
1 bay leaf 
1 / 2 tsp savory 
1 / 2 cup 20% cream x 


Preparation: 
Shrimp cleaned and washed. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry it in a shrimp on each side for 1 minute. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper, pour over brandy and ignite. When the flame goes out, put onion, tomato paste, bay leaf, savory and pour all the dry white wine. Writing a rolling boil at low heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream and keep on fire for 1 minute. Remove prawns on a hot dish. Keep sauce over high heat 1 more minute, strain and pour them shrimp.
