Roast cod with vegetables

Roast cod with vegetables 

Required: 
500 g cod fillet 
juice of 1 lemon, 
200 g breading, 
2 eggs, 
and 2 table spoons of chopped parsley and flour, 
6 tablespoons. tablespoons vegetable oil 
Dlinnoplodny 1 large cucumber 
2 tomatoes, 
150 g sour cream, 
1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped dill, 
salt 
1 / 2 teaspoon. tablespoons ground coriander, 
pepper. 


Preparation: 
Fish fillets with salt and pour lemon juice nym. Beat eggs well, mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley. Roll fillets at a time in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut cucumber in half and cut into small pieces. Boil salted water, cook it 5 minutes cucumber and discard in a colander.
