Salad with pears and blue cheese

Ingredients: 
2 servings 

½ large pears 
10 halves of walnuts or pecans 
1 tbsp. l. honey 
1 bunch leaf lettuce 
50-70 oz. Roquefort cheese or other cheese with the Blue mold 

Filling: 
1 tablespoon lemon juice or white wine vinegar 
4 Art. l. olive oil 
salt and freshly ground black pepper 
a little sugar (optional) 


1. Melt the honey in a pan with non-stick coating, to lay out the honey nuts and fry over low heat, constantly turning over (you need to completely cover the nuts with honey), to lay out nuts on a plate separate from each other, so as not stuck. 
2. Mix all ingredients for filling and whip. 
3. Lettuce break his hands and put on a la carte dishes. 
4. Grusha cut into thin slices, lightly sprinkle them with lemon juice to avoid darkening and put on lettuce leaves. 
5. On top of the salad and pear crumble the cheese and put rugs nuts. 
6. Serve with salad dressing and serve immediately. 

Shl: I used in a salad cheese DorBlyu, refueling changed here in this sauce: 
SAUCE yogurt with Mac 
• Juice of 1 grapefruit (I took the orange J7) 
• 220 ml natural yogurt 
• 1 tbsp dry mustard (I strongly advise to take better prepared mustard and put on taste, but I had to throw out the sauce with dry mustard, because it came uzhzhzhzhasnaya disgusting) 
• 1 teaspoon honey 
• 3 tbsp poppy
