CAKE NEST

Cake "Nest Capercaillie" 

Required: 
Dough: 
1 tbsp. sugar 
2 eggs, 
2 tbsp. l. honey 
2 teasp. soda 
100 g margarine, 
flour (how many will). 

Cream: 
800 g sour cream, 
1 tbsp. sugar. 
Glaze: 100g butter, 6 tablespoons. l. sugar, 10 cent. l. milk, 6 tsp. cocoa. 


Preparation: 
Dough. To sustain its 30 minutes. in the refrigerator. Make balls of dough the size of a walnut and each rolls for 1 nuts - peanuts. Bake. Dip in the cream (whip 800 g sour cream and 1 tbsp. Sugar). 

We put in the form of slides with a hole in the middle. Cover with chocolate icing. To prepare glaze: In a saucepan, combine 100g of butter, 6 tablespoons. l. sugar, 10 cent. l. milk, 6 tsp. cocoa. Bring to a boil. 
In the hole we put 2.3 balls (eggs).
