Saltison chicken liver under cheese crust

To prepare for you: 
chicken liver (I have about 800 grams) + pulp with 2 chicken drumsticks (about 1.5 kg) 
1 sweet Bulgarian pepper 
1 hot (hot) pepper 
3 cloves garlic (large) 
greens (in the stuffing and topping) 
gelatin 2 bags of food to 18 grams 
mayonnaise (2 tablespoons of minced + 2 tablespoons for greasing) 
cheese (I have a "Dutch"), about 80 grams 
salt (to taste) 
pepper (to taste) 

Preparation: 
1. Chicken liver rinse in cold water, drain water and allow to scroll to the meat grinder along with the flesh of the chicken drumsticks, garlic, herbs and hot pepper. 
2. Stuffing knead (it is well mixed with a spoon), adding mayonnaise, gelatin, spices and chopped into small pieces of sweet Bulgarian pepper. 
3. Put it all into a greased and sprinkled with flour form (you can not sprinkle, it is still in the foothills aerogrill not!), Close the foil for baking, in which to do a couple of holes out of steam. 

4. Warm aerogrill, put the form on the middle grid, the maximum temperature, the speed is high time 1 hour. 

5. After a specified time period saltisonom form to take out, remove the foil. Top lubricated with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and return back to aerogrill. Options are the same, time 15 minutes.
