Walleye pollock baked in the oven

Required: 
Fish, pollock, 
2 medium onions, 
2 carrots, 
refined sunflower oil, sour cream. 


Preparation: 
Fry the onion and carrot in butter until cooked, cut small pieces of fish that lay in the pan to fill with roasted onions and carrots, add salt pepper to taste and pour sour cream and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
