Fish monastery

Required: 
250 g fillet of redfish and trout 
240 g fresh mushrooms 
1 onion 
1 egg 
800 g potatoes 
25 g cheese 
40 g butter 
140 ml vegetable oil 
500 g sour cream 
1 tbsp. l. flour 
a few sprigs of tarragon for decoration 


Preparation: 
Potatoes are cut into strips, fry for 1 / 2 vegetable oil. Cook hard-boiled egg, peel and cut into slices. Mushrooms slices, onion - small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Cheese grate. Fry the flour in a pan, mix with sour cream, add the butter and bring to a boil. The fish is cut into portions and roll in flour. In the form put the fish, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, egg. Cover with cream sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Ready to decorate the dish sprigs tarragon.
