Meat dishes:Christmas Special

Appetizer duck (goose) 

Duck or goose in the oven or fry cook, cut in small pieces, put in a deep dish and pour sauce. 
Sauce: Slice the onions into cubes (1 kg or green onion) and celery (1koren), stir, add the sunflower oil, lemon juice (1 lemon) and spices (black pepper, cumin, coriander). Add a little boiling water and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on a table, decorated with greenery. 
Grilled pork with apples and cabbage: 

Breast (800gr.), sauerkraut (100gr), 5 sour apples, butter (50 oz.), 1 onion, salt, pepper and spices to taste. 
Stuff the pork ribs, making incisions knife. Ground: sour cabbage, scald with boiling water and mix with chopped apples and chopped butter. Next zasheyte bacon, sprinkle chopped onions and fry in the oven on greased pan with oil until cooked. 
Christmas turkey 

Turkey, nuts, walnuts (500gr.), prunes (500gr.), juicy apples (3-5 pieces), rice (1 cup) sour cream (200gr.), butter (50gr), mayonnaise (50gr), salt and spices to taste. Malykhina turkey mince from boiled rice, prunes and apples with nuts. Butter cream or mayonnaise and bake in the oven for pan for 2.5 hours. From time to time, remove the turkey from the oven and pour juice collected with the other. Served whole turkey, slicing already on the table.
