Karp, stewed with vegetables

Karp, stewed with vegetables 

Required: 
carp fresh 800 g 
wheat flour 30 g 
vegetable oil 100 g 
onion 50 g 
roots (carrot, parsley) 150 g 
tomato puree 50 g 
Lemon 1 pc. 
red wine 125 g 
sugar 
salt 
pepper powder 


Preparation: 
Purified carp cut into portions, rub with salt and pepper and zapaniruyte in flour. Fry in hot oil on both sides and remove from pan. 

In the same oil, fry sliced onion rings and sliced julienne roots. And by a little water, add wine, lemon juice, tomato puree, sugar to taste, salt.
