Chopped, cooked shrimp meat (500-600 g), sprinkle with pepper, salt, roll in flour, moisten with 1 egg and podrumyante in sunflower oil (2-3 table. Tablespoons). For 1 liter of water put 1-1,5 table. spoons of salt. Serve with butter, sprinkle with herbs or with a mayonnaise sauce. Dish and garnish with fried potatoes with green peas.
