Sea food: Sudak FRIES

Required: 
perch - 2 pcs. 
egg - 1 pc. 
milk - 1 tbsp. l. 
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l. 
crackers (white ground) - 4 tablespoons. l. 
vegetable oil - 1 / 2 cup 
Potatoes - 6 units. 
lemon - 1 / 2 pcs. 
tomato sauce - 1 cup 
parsley (green) - to taste 
pepper - to taste 
salt. 


Preparation: 
Sudak, without clearing of the scales, cut along the back into 2 halves, cut the spinal and rib bones, remove skin, rinse. Flesh cut into long strips (20-25 cm), sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll in flour, omit the milk into beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and turn off the two ends in the form of rolls held together by a thin wooden skewer that is not turned.
