Trout in Batter

Trout in Batter 

Required: 
trout (fillet) - 450g 
butter - 5 tbsp 
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp 
lemon juice - 2 tbsp 
parsley - 20g 
salt - to taste 
milk - 1 / 2 cup 
egg - 1 pc. 
wheat flour - 3 tbsp 


Preparation: 
Rinse fish fillets and dry, cut into small bars, rub with salt. Prepare batter and dip it into wedges fish. 
In hot oil, fry the fish for 5-6 minutes on each side until a golden crust. 

Before serving Arrange trout on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Sprinkle with lemon juice and melted butter.
