Shrimp in cream

Required: 
0,5 kg of boiled shrimp 
250 g cost-HN, 50 g of butter. 

Preparation: 
Net shrimp, salt, sprinkle with pepper. Separately, in a ceramic or enameled saucepan, dissolve the butter, add sour cream, mix it thoroughly, warmed up on low heat, place crushed parsley. In very hot but not boiling sauce toss the shrimp cook on low heat for fifteen minutes. Serve to the table hot.
