Noodle soup with mussels

Required: 
Mussels - 100g 
onion -1 / 3 pc. 
parsley (root) - 20g 
butter - 20g 
salt and spices - to taste 
noodles. 


Preparation: 
Meat stewed mussels, cut into slices and fried with onions and vegetables in butter for masle.Lapshu boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes, throws in a sieve and washed. 

The boiling broth put fried mussels with onions and roots, soup, noodles and cook until done. Serve the soup you can sprinkle chopped herbs
