Salad of mussels with rice

Required: 
Mussels - 600g 
rice - 150g 
vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp 
vinegar 3% - HYDRATED - 1 tsp 
egg - 1 pc. 
tomatoes 
black pepper, salt, bay leaf, parsley or dill - to taste 


Preparation: 
Wash rice and boil in salted water. Fresh mussels, pour a small amount of milk or water, add black pepper, salt, bay leaf and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
