Pike, baked with tomato 

Required: 
700 g fish 
600 g tomatoes 
5 crayfish, 
50 g of vegetable oil, 
30 g cheese 
40 g butter, 
700 g sauce 
pepper, salt. 


Preparation: 
Fresh tomatoes, scalded, remove from them the skin, cut in half, remove seeds, sprinkle with salt, pepper and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
