Fried fillet of mackerel with fresh tomatoes 

Required: 
Mackerel - 1kg 
oil 
butter 

for the breading: 
egg - 1-2 pc. 
dried milled (flour) 
salt, ground pepper - to taste 

for garnish: 
Tomatoes - 5 pcs. 
mayonnaise - 100-150g 
dill or parsley leaves (crushed) - to taste. 


Preparation: 
Cut fillets, skinned and fried in batter. Tomatoes cut into circles and cover bottom of dish. Top lay hot fried fillet, decorate each fillet beautiful circle of tomato and put it on a hill mayonnaise, mixed with minced dill, so called. green mayonnaise to the traditional dish passed through the press (crushed) hot boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
