Fried fillet of mackerel with fresh tomatoes
Required:
Mackerel - 1kg
oil
butter
for the breading:
egg - 1-2 pc.
dried milled (flour)
salt, ground pepper - to taste
for garnish:
Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
mayonnaise - 100-150g

Preparation:
