Cod, baked in a creamy sauce
Required:
For 4 servings:
400 g smoked cod (haddock)
1 leek,
bunch of parsley,
6 tablespoons. l. cream, fat 33%
2 medium potatoes,
salt and black pepper.
Preparation:
Since fish gently remove the skin, fillet cut into cubes. Leek cleaned and finely cut. Petrushka wash, dry out and grind. Wash potatoes and not schischaya peel, cut into thin circles.
At the bottom of the form for the microwave decomposed pieces of cod, leek and parsley. Pour half of cream and 5 tablespoons. l. water. On top lay circles of potatoes and pour the remaining cream. Season with a little salt and a generous dose of black pepper.
Cover with cling film and shape to pierce it in several places. Cooking in a microwave oven in a strong mode, until the liquid begins to bubble and potatoes are tender, 8-10 minutes.
Remove the foil, put the form under heated grill for 2 minutes. That potatoes browned.
Serve in the same form.
