Trout with Mushroom Sauce 

Required: 
trout 5 pcs. 
5 tablespoons vegetable oil. l. 
1 clove garlic 
parsley 2 tsp. 
200g mushrooms 
dry white wine 5 tablespoons. l. 
1 cup thick cream 
salt, flour, black pepper 


Preparation: 
Trout clean, gently remove the entrails and fins. Roll in salted flour. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, lay in her fish and fry on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, turning once. Remove fish from pan and place in a warm place. The pan finely chopped garlic, parsley, mushrooms and fry for 10-15 minutes. Pour the white wine and give a strong boil. While stirring, pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste. Trout lay out on plates, pour sauce over them.
