Cod in wine

Cod in wine 

Required: 
4 cod steaks (200 g) 
juice of 1 / 2 lemon 
1 / 2 tsp. salt 
2 carrots 
1 parsley root 
100 g celeriac 
1 bay leaf 
1 / 2 liters of dry white wine 
freshly ground white pepper 
125 g of fresh cream 
several leaves of basil 


Preparation: 
Chops cod wash, dry, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Carrots, parsley root and celery poskoblit or peel and cut into very thin strips. Prepared vegetables put together with a bay leaf in large saucepan, add white wine and cook for 5 minutes. Then season with pepper and wine sauce mixed with cream. Fish steaks cook in sauce over low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish fish chops basil. With this dish combines potatoes with parsley. To dish would be better fed with vegetables add 1 package (300 g) frozen peas and cook it 5 minutes in white wine.
