Fish fillets with mushrooms

Required: 
Fish fillets - 2 slices of 150g 
small scale mushrooms - 200g 
butter - 1-2 tbsp. 
oil for frying 
parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper - to taste 


Preparation: 
Fillet sprinkle both sides with lemon juice, stand half an hour, then add salt. Rinse mushrooms, finely chop, spasserovat in a pan with strongly heated the fat and season with salt. The pan with the mushrooms, fish fillets and fry, turning from one side to another. After frying fillets should be light brown in color. Before you remove the dish from the heat sprinkle chopped parsley. Fillet shift on heated plates and pour melted butter. Serve with mashed potatoes or salad.
