Shrimp in a pink sauce

Required: 
For 4 persons: 
few good leaf lettuce, 
300 g peeled shrimp or 500 g of untreated. 

For the sauce: 
1 tsp mustard 
1 tablespoon tomato paste 
1 tablespoon vinegar 
4 tbsp sunflower oil 
salt 
pepper. 


Preparation: 
Preparation: 10 minutes. If you buy unpeeled shrimp, clean them, while maintaining their juice. Put them in a cool place. Prepare the sauce: Mix the mustard, vinegar, tomato paste and shrimp juice, salt and pepper. Vigorously whisk metal whisk, pouring through sitichko sunflower oil. Combine this sauce with shrimp. Distribute your lettuce leaves on plates, spread shrimp with pink sauce and place in a cold place before serving. Our advice: a pink sauce you can add a teaspoon of whiskey and a few drops of "Tabasco", if you want it to be witty.
