Cake "Clapper"
Required:
3 eggs
150 g sugar
70 g flour
3 tbsp hot water
1 tablespoon cocoa
80 g fried in 50 g butter oatmeal.
Preparation:
Egg yolks beaten with half of sugar into a light foam, pour hot water and beat a few more minutes. Oat flakes, flour and cocoa mix and add in beaten egg yolks alternately with the beaten egg whites. The dough is spread into greased and sprinkled with flour, shape and bake in a moderate oven for 30-35 minutes. Korzh cool, cut into 2 parts.
Cream: Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa, 3 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2-3 tablespoons cold milk. Carefully grind. Pour a thin stream of 0.5 liters of milk and cook, stirring, until consistency. Cool, add 100 g of butter, 2 tablespoons brandy or liqueur, vanilla sugar. Again mix things up, lubricate the top of the cake and cream.
